My core values as a leader are:
Respect: gaining respect from others through trust and commitment, respecting other’s opinions, and respecting myself.
Courage:being able to stand up against my fears to create a better choice for the overall organization.
Service: doing something to help others and create a better community of love, diversity, and unity. Service is no to be forced but to be done because I want to do it, but because I like to do it.
Humility: being humble when finishing great accomplishments and not boasting towards others.
Responsibility: taking responsibility for my actions and my mistakes. It’s important to own up to what you have done and will complete. And gaining responsibility in the eyes of others allows for trust.
Compassion: truly being there for someone is very important to me. It’s key to me to show that you care for the people around you, especially during rough times.
